For a lifetime of significant contributions to the mining industry including the discovery of the Hermosa deposit to help replenish the critical minerals resource base in the United States

Donald Taylor has more than 40 years of domestic and international mineral exploration and mining experience. Mr. Taylor holds a BS degree in Geology from Southeast Missouri State University and an MS degree in Geology from the University of Missouri – Rolla.  He is the recipient of the 2019 Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration’s Robert M. Dreyer Award and the 2018 recipient of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada's Thayer Lindsley Award for the 2014 discovery of the Taylor lead-zinc-silver deposit. He has served in various capacities for large and small cap companies, including Arizona Mining, BHP Minerals, Bear Creek Mining, Doe Run Resources, Westmont Mining Company, Titan Mining, and Augusta Gold Corp.  Mr. Taylor currently holds Board positions with Titan Mining Corp, Augusta Gold Corp, and the Solaris Copper Company.
