Joseph Dick joined Eldorado in December 2019 in the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.  Prior to joining Eldorado, Joe was SVP, Latin American Operations at Goldcorp, where he was responsible for four operating units producing over 800,000 oz annually.  Prior to Goldcorp, he held progressively senior roles for Barrick Gold Corporation, including General Manager for the Pueblo Viejo mine in the Dominican Republic during its transition from construction to operations and General Manager of the Cortez District during the Cortez Hills expansion.  He also held management roles with Rio Tinto in Utah and Alaska.  Joe has over 35 years of mining experience, including executive, safe operations, projects, engineering and production support roles in gold, silver and base metals operations. He holds a BS, Mining engineering from the Montana Technical University.
