Hans Von Michaelis founded Randol International Ltd. in 1977 and serves as its president. He has provided corporate development, business development, and financial services to the mining industry since 2000. His recent business development associations include the introduction by Randol of the Mulatos gold project to Alamos Minerals Ltd., and assisting Excellon Resources Inc. to obtain financing for its Platosa project in Mexico. He has served on advisory boards for Strathmore Minerals, Garibaldi Resources, West Hawk Development, and Freegold Ventures. He has been an independent director of Morgain Minerals Inc. since 2005 and has served as a director of Glamis Gold Ltd. He has been a director of Freegold Ventures since 2003. Von Michaelis is the author of numerous technical and mineral economic publications and has been a speaker at international conferences on mining opportunities and extractive metallurgy. He graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Ph.D. in Geochemistry in 1970.
