Waleed AlMulhim (SPE)

Waleed AlMulhim is Saudi Aramco’s senior vice president of petroleum engineering and development. His career with Saudi Aramco began in 1984. Among his current responsibilities, he is a board member of Saudi Aramco Services Company in Houston, Aramco Digital Company, Saudi Aramco Upstream Technology Company, and the Arabian Drilling Company.
AlMulhim has participated in several SPE programs, executive committees, and panels, in multiple regional and international conferences. He currently chairs the Board of Directors of the SPE Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Section. In 2010, he received the SPE Middle East Regional Management and Information Award.
He holds a BS in petroleum engineering from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in petroleum engineering from Stanford University. He completed his executive education at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, New Hampshire, and he attended Saudi Aramco’s Management Development Seminar in Washington in 2008.
