Pertti Voutilainen is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kansallis-OsakePankki, an international bank with headquarters in Helsinki and a range of overseas branches and affiliates. Prior to joining the bank, Mr. Voutilainen had a twenty-eight year career with Outokumpu Oy, the international mining, refining and smelting company rising to President and then Chairman of the Executive Board.

Mr. Voutilainen has an MS in mining from Helsinki University of Technology, a MS in economics and business administration from the Helsinki School of Economics and a MEng in Mineral Engineering Management from Pennsylvania State University.

He serves as chairman of the board for the Centre for Finnish Business and Policy Studies, on the Finnish Section of the International Chamber of Commerce, and he holds many other board directorships. He is a 1994 Penn State Alumni Fellow.
