Larry Radford has over 40 years of leadership experience in the mining industry. Radford currently serves as a board member for Revival Gold. Radford previously served as President & CEO of Argonaut Gold Inc., with mines in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Before Argonaut, Radford served as COO of Gold Standard Ventures and for eight years as Sr. VP & COO of Hecla Mining Company.

Prior to his role at Hecla, Radford held roles with Kinross Gold Corporation, including Vice President & General Manager of the Fort Knox mine in Alaska and Vice President of South American Operations. Radford worked with Barrick Gold Corporation from 1989 to 2007, including 14 years at the Goldstrike mine in Nevada, two years in Chile, and two years as General Manager of the Cowal mine in New South Wales, Australia.

Radford received a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Idaho and an MBA from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. He is a registered Professional Engineer.
