AIME leadership was at ASME offices in New York, NY for the United Engineering Foundation Board and Founder Society Presidents and Executive Directors meetings on September 12-13, 2019. UEF representatives from SME, George Luxbacher, SME, Roland Moreau, SPE, and Garry Warren, TMS, participated in the former with AIME Past President from SPE, Roland Moreau, and AIME Executive Director, Michele Lawrie-Munro participating for AIME in the latter. AIME's sister society, ASME, also hosted a dinner at local favorite, Keen's Steakhouse. Photos are from a tour of ASME offices where busts of mining engineer, Herbert Hoover, and mechanical engineer, George Westinghouse are on display. There is also a grandfather clock from AIME and ASME President, John Fritz and his wife. AIChE will host the meetings next fall at their headquarters in New York, NY.
