On behalf of the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) Board of Directors, the 2024 Program Committee, and its sponsoring organizations, we invite you to submit a paper proposal presenting your technical solutions, innovations, advancements, and knowledge at the world’s largest offshore energy conference and trade show scheduled to take place 6–9 May 2024 in Houston, Texas, USA.

Proposals will be accepted through 12 September 2023. Thank you for your efforts, and we greatly appreciate your continuing support as we navigate the changing energy landscape at OTC 2024.

The program committee will observe five criteria when selecting papers for the conference. To review these criteria, click here.

Authors whose paper proposals are accepted will be required to provide a manuscript for the conference proceedings, copyright forms, and a paper information form by 6 February 2024.
