Shauna is a Fellow and Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Emerging Technologies for Occidental Petroleum (OXY), leading technology development projects and partnerships to secure competitive advantage. As an OXY Fellow, she participates in developing corporate-wide objectives and technology strategies and mentoring early and mid-career engineers across the company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from the University of Alberta and has 33 years of industry experience, primarily in production operations and artificial lift systems globally at OXY, Chevron and ConocoPhillips. She was President of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) in 2020, is an SPE Distinguished Member and was named one of Hart Energy’s 25 Most Influential Women in Energy in 2020.
