With more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit association management, Melissa has played a key role in expanding membership, international conferences, publications, and training programs. Russell was previously the Executive Director of the IEEE Computer Society. She holds a BA in journalism with a specialization in advertising from The Ohio State University.
