Gregory Erwin Hinshaw began working for J.H. Fletcher & Co. after graduating from Duke University in 1980 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science.  He earned his Professional Engineer Certification in 1985 and became the head of Fletcher’s first R & D department in 1988.  Greg became Engineering Manager, earned his MBA from Marshall University, and became COO for J.H. Fletcher & Co. in 2004.  He has been CEO since 2012. 

Greg serves on the NMA Board, a SMEF Trustee, on the Advisory Committee for ICGCM.  He authored several papers and an inventor on over 15 patents, most of which are focused on rock drilling, ground support mechanization, and mining automation.

Greg is blessed to be married to his loving wife Susan.  They are the proud parents of three children who have all excelled in their education and are accomplished young adults.  Greg and Susan are active members of Lewis Memorial Baptist Church.
