Harold R. Warner, Jr.

For the paper "An Evaluation of Miscible CO2 Flooding in Waterflooded Sandstone Reservoirs"

Harold Warner is a Principal Research Engineer at ARCO Oil &  Gas Company's Production Research Center in Plano, Texas. He received his B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Iowa State University in 1968 and his Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin in 1971.

Dr. Warner joined ARCO in 1971 where his initial projects were in the areas of simulator development and polymer flooding. From 1974 to 1975 he was the Administrative Associate in the Research and Development Department where his assignments included research planning, budget preparation, and coordination of recruiting activities. For the last three years, he has worked in the area of reservoir description and simulator applications and is project leader of this group. His current work includes simulation studies of the Empire Abo, Sadlerochit and Kuparuk reservoirs.

Dr. Warner joined the Society of Petroleum Engineers of AIME in 1971 as a member of the Dallas Section.
