Don J. Glenister is senior manager with ENVIRON Australia Pty. Ltd., an environmental consulting firm. The majority of his professional experience was gained at Alcoa World Alumina in Australia, where he worked for 28 years in a variety of engineering and environmental roles. Issues he addressed include improved technology for bauxite residue management, remediation of groundwater contamination, control of air emissions, land management and water conservation. He has authored technical papers and presented at conferences, including the Nutrient Management Forum in 2004.
